There’s also a dedicated workspace and access to a private deck that is fully furnished for relaxation. First Bathroom: Next to the master bedroom is the first bathroom, showcasing an elegant design with a stylish bowl sink and vanity mirror. The spacious standing shower features a luxurious rainfall showerhead and is fully stocked with essential amenities for your convenience. Along the hallway, you’ll find the in-unit washer and dryer, offering the convenience of fresh laundry at your fingertips during your stay. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. It features two full-sized beds, both of which have memory foam mattresses. There are black out curtains, white noise machines, and USB charging ports by the bed for added convenience to ensure a good nights sleep. There is also a closet with ample space for use during your stay. Second Bathroom: The second bathroom, located next to the second bedroom, is beautifully designed and fully equipped with bathroom essentials. It also features a relaxing tub, ideal for unwinding and enjoying a soothing bath after a long day. Third Bedroom: The third bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, a 43-inch mounted TV for entertainment, and ample storage with a closet and dresser, ensuring a restful and organized stay. Kitchen: At the end of the hallway, the kitchen awaits, featuring brand new stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Things to note: Parking: We have one free off-street parking space for this apartment located at the back of the building. It's a little tight accessing off of the alley way, so larger vehicles may be easier to park on the street. We can offer street parking for additional vehicles as well at no charge. Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $25 per stay. Washer/Dryer: Guests have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge, making laundry a hassle-free part of your stay.

September 2025 5.00Jake was amazing place was ready for us. the showers are immaculate, the beds are comfortable, TVs are huge, the kitchen was prestine only thing i would say is add a baking sheet but other than that was truly worth what we paid will be using again

September 2025 5.00Exceptionally clean, well appointed and located in a prime location in Shadyside, Jake’s condo exceeded my expectations. Hotel level style and comfort complete with functional living, dining and outdoor spaces. Just one block from upscale dining, coffee shops and retail. Enjoyed easy access to conveniences like Target and Trader Joe’s while visiting my daughter at University of Pittsburgh, which is an easy 10 minute drive. Communication was thorough and timely with Jake and his team. Highly recommend and will definitely consider renting from Jake again.

September 2025 5.00This was a great place, we stayed with our two toddlers, baby, and golden retriever and it was just what we needed. We were able to walk to a coffee shop in the morning and drove to a nearby park. A pack n play was already there. We were only just passing through for one night on a road trip but it made us want to come back sometime to explore Pittsburgh some more. Thanks!
